  • Calibrated "no-based" questions
  • Pattern interruption
  • Emotional momentum control

Sales Structure

  • Value articulation
  • Credibility stacking
  • Problem-awareness sequencing
  • Social proof deployment
  • Framing & re-framing
  • Handling uncertainty without pressure

Outbound Skill

  • Cold open delivery
  • Controlling conversations without sounding controlling
  • Being unreactive under pressure
  • Interest extraction (making ANY topic interesting — even pizza)
  • Maintaining call structure without sounding scripted

Professional Discipline

  • Showing up on time
  • Following instructions precisely
  • Zero ego
  • Strong communication etiquette
  • Daily improvement
  • Reliable Wi-Fi & quiet environment

If you cannot demonstrate these skills, you will be required to complete the training before being placed with a client.
